Communities in Bloom
Communities In Bloom           Hope Is Growing

This year’s Communities in Bloom theme is ‘Hope is Growing’. The goal is to see Barrie gardens featuring yellow, the international colour of hope.

Although Communities In Bloom 2021 will look a little different because of Covid-19, we welcome virtual participation by residents. To participate in this year’s campaign, you must submit a photo of your beautification efforts along with your participation form. We will be featuring gardens and will highlight your efforts online through the City of Barrie website and social media.

To participate in registering your beautification efforts featuring the colour yellow, please complete portion A of the form. The deadline for submitting a participation form and photos of your project in the 2021 Communities in Bloom program is July 23rd 2021.
